I am a professional Copy Editor and Proofreader with qualifications in both. I have worked in publishing for many years as an Editor, a Sub-Editor and a Production Editor and have mastered the arts of writing, editing and proofreading to a very high standard. I also have experience compiling/editing/proofreading website content.
Ensuring that written pieces of any kind are presentable both grammatically and aesthetically is essential if you wish to be taken seriously, which is why I offer all of the following services.
Services
Proofreading: I check for spelling, grammar and typos, as well as presentation and any inconsistencies.
Copy Editing: This is usually done in conjunction with the proofreading but can involve some re-writing, cutting and general overhaul!
Writing: I will write features, press releases, news letters - anything to spec.
All of the above apply to written material of any kind including books, articles, websites, letters, press releases, dissertations, essays... and so on.
